Well, I did the math, and it's time to regroup! There aren't enough days left in the month for me to complete 21 workouts unless I do more than one, so I am defining a new goal of 6 MORE workouts before the end of the month!
I am so excited! I have already worked out 5 times more than in any other recent month. By the way, this break I took due to being sick has taken it's toll! I feel achy again, and can't wait to reap the energizing benefits of my T-tapp workout again!
What kind of workout routine do you do that doesn't take up too much time? Or is your challenge something else?
